The added value of our EcoVadis Platinum CSR rating for our customers

16 November 2021

On 4 October 2021, LC Packaging International has been rewarded with the EcoVadis Platinum Medal for the second consecutive year in a row. With a total score of 79/100 we belong to the top 1% highest rated companies of all 75,000 companies assessed and top 1% in our industry. In our assessment we included all our operations, including affiliates (sales offices and warehouses), our WorldBag reconditioning service and our FIBC manufacturing sites in Bangladesh (Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd.) and South Africa (LC Shankar). The acknowledgement by EcoVadis proves our ongoing commitment to sustainability and CSR.

Especially our labour practices and human rights efforts (90/100) and sustainable procurement activities (80/100) are acknowledged and turn out to be exceptional in our industry (the black line indicates the average score of all companies assessed within our industry).
