At LC Packaging, we believe that everyone has a talent, ability or skill that they can mine to support themselves and to succeed in life. That is why LC Packaging has introduced Young LC: an internal programme for talented LC Packaging employees of 30 years or younger, from all LC Packaging affiliates, working together in small groups to tackle a variety of business cases, expanding their network and knowledge while benefitting the company with creative solutions.
Within Young LC, everyone who participates is equally important. It offers young talents the opportunity to broaden their horizon and work on projects that they find important, while getting to know their international colleagues better along the way. Crossing boarders and strengthening international knowledge sharing, while contributing to the growth of our company in an extraordinary way.
Young LC members work in self-managed groups on one business case within one year; formulating a problem statement, write a project plan, and hopefully find a suitable solution to help LC Packaging progress. They are supported by (passive/reactive) tutors, and are encouraged to ask experts inside and outside of the business for help.
The first three groups have started their projects. They will present their findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors in April 2023.
