Key responsibilities

In close collaboration with the French outside sales team and the International Key Account team, you are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio.

• You manage the end-to-end commercial flow, including purchasing and sales activities, quotations, order creation, stock management, and supplier negotiations;
• You advise customers on solutions tailored to their needs and contribute to the development of new product opportunities;
• You work closely with the various departments involved in customer order execution in France and internationally (supply chain, warehouse, quality, etc.);
• You manage orders and planning in collaboration with our regular production partners;
• You ensure excellent customer satisfaction through impeccable service and high-quality communication. LC Packaging places great importance on building strong and lasting customer relationships.

Your profile

• You are a strong team player and are able to engage colleagues around the company’s challenges;
• You are proactive and able to switch quickly from one task to another — no two days are the same;
• You have strong commercial awareness and a high level of enthusiasm: you enjoy taking on challenges and do not give up easily;
• Knowledge of an ERP and/or CRM system is considered an asset;
• You are eager to learn and develop yourself. You are not expected to master all aspects of the role from day one — your future colleagues will support you;
• You have a good command of both French and English, written and spoken (with opportunities to further improve);

A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally with a specialization in international trade.
