Our family is expanding and we are looking for an:
International Account Support Coördinator Packaging
(French speaking, 32 - 40 per week)
As our new International Account Support Coordinator you will support our Global, North African and international key account managers. Together with the international sales you execute, support and coordinate the RFI (request for information) and RFQ (request for quotation) processes up to and including the implementation and execution of the final order or contract. You provide high quality, professional and hands-on sales service to our international to develop, maintain and strengthen our commercial partnerships.
You are able to prioritize and support both our Business Development Managers for the North African and Global sales (approx. 50%) and our IKAM Team (50%) You will support with management reports and the further optimization of our IKAM processes. You report directly to our Business Development manager for North African and Global sales.
FIBC’s (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers), also known as big bags, are used worldwide and the ideal packaging to protect dry bulk products during transport and temporary storage. Using FIBC’s helps reduce packaging material’s carbon footprint and increases supply chain safety.

As our International Account Support Coördinator you will be:
- Providing high quality, professional and consistent commercial service to our international accounts (North Africa Global and IKAM)
- Developing a close working relationship with our international accounts by understanding the client’s business and business drivers to maintain and strengthen our commercial partnerships
- Coordinating and executing (together with the international key account managers and local sales teams) the process of the RFI and RFQ up to and including the implementation and execution of the final order/contract.Discuss order and production planning with production partners.
- Monitoring availability of stock and timely replenishment. Supervising stock variations and recommend re-ordering
- Preparing sales and customer reports for our international key accounts. Highly engaged in the transition to deliver the circular economy in our packaging solutions and contribute to LC Packaging’s 2030 Sustainability ambition.
- Coordinating communication between IKAM, LC affiliates and production partners
- Responsible for planning and consistency of procedures and work flows for our International customers
- Coördinating business execution (purchase and sales) between different countries by following the IKAM processes
- Actively using SAP for all above tasks and maintain a close relationship with LC Packaging group departments (Productmanagement, Supply Chain, QA, Marcom, Business Operations, etc.)
Your skills:
- You are a hands-on team player with strong communication skills and a good listener; practical serving and supporting colleagues and partners is your core business
- You are able to set and coordinate priorities independently and in consultation with the IKAM and international colleagues
- You have great organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Your analyzing abilities enable you to give well-substantiated advice and make informed decisions
- The technical specifications of our packaging excite you
- You are independent and not afraid of a challenge
- You have an affinity for sales and solving our customers’ challenge
- Cross-cultural communication skills and respects cultural differences: you treat other people like you want to be treated yourselves; with respect and without unnecessary delay
Knowledge & Experience
- You have a bachelor's and/or master's degree
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position in a B to B environment, preferably in the packaging industry
- Your French (level C1), Dutch and English language skills are excellent, both written and spoken
- You have experience with working in a multicultural, international sales environment
- You preferably have advanced Excel knowledge and are familiar with CRM (Dynamics) and SAP
