Inside Sales Junior Account Manager

(Friockheim (Scotland - Permanent Full-time)

What will you be doing?

To drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and customer satisfaction through proactive telesales focused on the sandbag market, delivering accurate administration and effective account and order management, while actively supporting the wider commercial team within Royal LC Packaging’s bulk and transport packaging portfolio.

What we ask of you:

Telesales & Sales Support

  • Source new sales opportunities via inbound enquiries and outbound calls.
  • Follow up leads in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all customer queries are handled efficiently.

Account Management

  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.
  • Research, add and develop new customers.
  • Support customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Customer & Order Management

  • Act as first point of contact for customers.
  • Coordinate the full order process from quotation to delivery.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Systems & Administration.
  • Process all sales activities in SAP.
  • Safeguard the accuracy and completeness of SAP data.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer, pricing and order information.

Stock & Supply Chain Support

  • Manage available stock (client-specific, non-specific and web sales).
  • Support production and supply planning to ensure product availability.

Internal Support

  • Provide administrative and commercial support to Account Managers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.

For this position, we are looking for someone with:

  • Higher vocational qualification in a commercial subject or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in telesales or telemarketing.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Very good command of spoken and written English.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Experience selling sandbags, bulk packaging or construction / agricultural products would be an advantage.

However, this is not essential as full product and systems training will be provided.
