For our team in Sweden (Limhamn) we are looking for a fulltime:
Account Support Associate
As an Account Support Associate, you will support the company's sales team in their daily work and ensure that sales and supply chain processes run smoothly. You will create specifications and send Request for Quotations (RFQs) to the production team, as well as manage price calculations. You will plan and coordinate logistics, from production to delivery to customers in Sweden. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management and work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and that order processes are efficiently handled.
As our Account Support Associate you will also be responsible for:
- Creating specifications and managing the RFQ process;
- Handling quotations, order confirmations, and customer updates;
- Planning and coordinating deliveries, including container management;
- Updating customers on stock levels and product replenishments;
- Collaborating with the finance department for invoicing after delivery.
You are probably great at a lot of things, such as:
- Structured, communicative and multi-tasking;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain an overview;
- Clear communicator;
- Proactive problem solver;
- Eager to improve workflows;
- Stress-resistant and result-driven;
- Analytical with a focus on process optimization.
We are looking for someone with:
- Higher vocational education in related field;
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar commercial position, preferably in a trade organization;
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP and Dynamics is a plus;
- Strong Excel skills are highly advantageous;
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English, with Danish being a plus;
- A valid driver’s license (Category B).
