Account Support Representative (Global)
(Waddinxveen 32-40 uur)
As our new International Account Support Representative, you support the Account Manager in managing an
international customer portfolio by coordinating commercial, administrative and supply chain activities.
You are responsible for order processing, invoices, pricing calculations and maintaining accurate data in SAP and Excel. Acting as a key link between
customers, production partners and internal departments, you ensure efficient order execution, reliable delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Our family is growing, and for our global operations we are looking for an International Account Support Representative.
Your Role:
As our new International Account Support Representative, you support the Account Manager in managing an international customer portfolio by coordinating commercial, administrative and supply chain activities.
You are responsible for order processing, invoices, pricing calculations and maintaining accurate data in SAP and Excel. Acting as a key link between customers, production partners and internal departments, you ensure efficient order execution, reliable delivery and high customer satisfaction.
As our International Account Representative you will be:
- Supporting the Account Manager in managing an international customer portfolio;
- Providing high-quality, professional and consistent commercial support to customers;
- Coordinating commercial and administrative processes from quotation to delivery;
- Processing orders, quotations, and invoices in SAP;
- Performing pricing calculations and preparing offers in Excel;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in systems;
- Coordinating communication between customers, internal teams, and production partners;
- Managing order planning, stock levels, and supply chain activities;
- Arranging and following up on shipments and export documentation;
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication.
Your skills:
- You are a hands-on team player with strong communication skills;
- You are well-organized and able to set priorities independently;
- You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail;
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment;
- You have a proactive mindset and take ownership of your work;
- You enjoy working at the intersection of sales, operations, and supply chain.
Knowledge & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a commercial or business-related field;
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or operations role;
- Experience in a B2B environment (preferably trade/logistics);
- Strong Excel skills (essential);
- Experience with SAP and/or CRM systems;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (both written and spoken);
- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
